  • As the nation responds to the spread of COVID-19, CSI has taken measures to keep our customers and team members safe and healthy.


Enhanced training and health-safety procedures


  • Our technicians will wear face coverings and shoe covers inside your place of business.

  • Enhanced training and health-safety procedures so you won’t need to touch the technician’s phone or tablet while on-site.

  • Technicians will wash their hands with soap and water or use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content.

  • Technicians will practice safe social distancing whenever possible while visiting your business, and have been advised not to shake hands.

  • Technicians will refrain from leaving behind paper equipment packages or unnecessary documents.

  • Our technicians who come to our office have their temperature taken upon arrival.

  • As always, if technicians have a known illness, they will not visit a customer's business.
