As the nation responds to the spread of COVID-19, CSI has taken measures to keep our customers and team members safe and healthy.
Enhanced training and health-safety procedures

Our technicians will wear face coverings and shoe covers inside your place of business.

Enhanced training and health-safety procedures so you won’t need to touch the technician’s phone or tablet while on-site.

Technicians will wash their hands with soap and water or use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content.

Technicians will practice safe social distancing whenever possible while visiting your business, and have been advised not to shake hands.

Technicians will refrain from leaving behind paper equipment packages or unnecessary documents.

Our technicians who come to our office have their temperature taken upon arrival.
